UNREFERENCED RESOURCES

See at a glance which resources are no longer in use

As part of the View Settings function, Fast Estimate can display any resources in the current table which are no longer in use (either in the library or in the current Schedule).

When used in the Resource Library, displaying unreferenced resources will highlight the resources in the currently loaded Category which are unused within any of your item libraries or Schedules.

When used in the Schedule Resources table this function will highlight the resources no longer used within this Schedule. These can then be deleted.

Tips

1. Clear cluttered resource libraries by deleting unused resources.
2. Avoid zero values against resources no longer used in the selected Schedule.
