SELECTING ITEMS FROM THE LIBRARY

Items may be selected from your item library, SPON price books or composite item library for use within the Schedule or Composite Item. This can save a lot of time when compared to building each item in turn on the Bill Page. The selection process is the same in both cases.

Once you have loaded the library Subsection containing the items you want, tag the item(s) before exiting the table and copying the selected items to the current Bill Page.

Main Features

• You can tag as many items as you like before returning to your bill page (Use tag/untag button or double-click the Tag box)
• Select items from many different Subsections (or even third party price books)
• If required you can update items in the library during selection - no need to exit your current process
• Composite Items (A) copied to the Bill Page may be shown as the composite itself, or expanded into individual items

Tips

1. If you can't find the item you need you can create a new one in the library then tag it.
2. You can also copy items from your Bill Page and place them back into your library (use Copy/Paste functions).
3. Use the View Selections functions to check you have all the items you need before returning to the Bill Page.
