COPYING SCHEDULES

You can use an existing Schedule as the basis of a new one using the copy function.

• Allows the use of Schedule templates to reduce time pricing similar jobs
• Copy with data options

Select Copy Schedule from the Schedule main task button to open the Copy Schedule form.

From the 'Schedule To Copy' drop down list select the schedule you wish to copy.

In the 'New Schedule Name' edit box enter a new name for your copy. If you enter the name of an existing schedule the copy will be rejected.

Click the check box of any options you wish applied to your new copy of the schedule.

Zero All Quantities: The copy will have all item quantities set to 0.

Update To Current Costs: All the copied schedule resources will be updated to the current Library Resource prices.

Clear Profit Percentages: All rates throughout the copied schedule will have their profit percentages set to 0.

To work on the new Schedule, load the Bill Page form and select it.
