MATCHING ITEMS

Use your existing item library to price imported bill rates

If you price scanned or imported bills then the match function could save you time.

Main Features:

• Match imported items with rates already available in your item library.
• The rate buildup from the matched item is copied to your bill item.
• All the main bill page and library functions remain available during the process.

Highlight the item you wish to match to a library item and click the Match button to open the Library (Items) Form and locate the library item to be used as the match. On return the rate buildup of the library item will be copied into the buildup of the highlighted bill item. The bill item text will remain unaltered.

Notes:

1. You can match an imported (text only) item with any library item - they don't have to have the same description.
2. Items to be matched must have no existing buildup.
