REPLACING SCHEDULE RESOURCES

Use this form to replace a selected resource with another throughout your Schedule. A single process avoids the need to change each occurrence within each individual item rate.

Simply Tag the resource you want to use as a replacement. A confirmation dialog is displayed to allow you to confirm/reject the change.

All calculated totals within the items affected are automatically updated by the program.

Tips

Use this function when:

1. You find a better/cheaper product to do the job.
2. You use named labour resources (e.g. Jim Smith - joiner) and you employ a replacement.
