UPDATING USING LATEST PRICES

There may be times during pricing that some of your resource costs may have changed. As Schedule items use copies of the library resources, these will not be automatically updated in the same way library items are. You could update them both in your library and in the Schedule you are working on, but Fast Estimate offers this time-saving function that means you only have to make the changes once.

Selecting the Update to Current Prices function will ensure that all occurances of the resource within the currently selected Schedule will be updated to the value currently set in the resource library. All dependent values within the Schedule will be automatically recalculated.

Tips

1. To update all resources in the form, click on a column header before selecting the function
