LIBRARY ITEM REPLACEMENT

To replace items within individual composite item rates.

1. Select the item you want to replace (left).
2. Select the item you want to replace it with (right).
3. Use the Replace function to complete

OR

Drag the replacement item from the right column to the item to be replaced on the left

Notes:

• Each occurrence of the selected item is replaced with the new one wherever it is used (Tip: Use trace to view uses before / after the replace as a further check)
• This process will update all items that use the library items affected.
• Any calculated totals using the changed items are automatically updated by the program.
