PRINT PREVIEW

All reports produced by Fast Estimate are displayed in the preview screen prior to printing. You choose whether or not to actually print the report or just view it on screen.

You can choose to display page thumbnails, useful to view all the pages and a rough layout at-a-glance.

The Print/Preview form has a number of options:

Viewing The Page

Click on any of the preset view buttons to view the page at various zoom levels.

Moving Through The Pages

Move forwards and backwards through the pages of the report by entering the page number or clicking the desired page on the right column.

Selecting the Printer

You may select any of the printers currently available on your system using the pull-down list shown.

Printing The Report

Click the print button to print out the report on your printer. The standard print dialog box will be displayed. Set the Print Range and Number Of Copies.

Notes

1. You can print to any available printer, including a fax card if installed
2. The print layout may change when you select an alternative printer
