Why does
the Resource Description change colour when I apply Cut?
This
is based on the standard MS Windows principle for Cut functions.
The change signifies that this resource has been Cut and is available
to be Pasted elsewhere.
The
function is cancelled if either a) Another Cut or Copy function
is applied, or b) You exit the Fast Estimate program
