On loading
the library I noticed some rates were updated as I used them.
What is happening here?
If
there has been an abnormal program shutdown (Switch off without
power down, power failure etc.), Fast Estimate will recalculate
any values that it suspects may be incorrect. Any new values should
be the correct ones.
