Troubleshooting If you come across an unexpected problem, try these solutions before contacting our support team: Data File Problems Schedule Resources are displaying corrupt fields (hieroglyphics) I restored the schedule files from a backup but my data appears to be corrupt. When I start Fast Estimate I get a message saying a file is locked When I restart Fast Estimate I get the message 'Users already logged on'? On loading the library I noticed some rates were updated as I used them. What is happening here? Resources When I try to delete resources I am told they are used elsewhere. How do I remove them? Schedule Resources Resources which I did use in the Schedule but have now removed, still appear in my resource list. Why?
