You can of course stop the payments at any time without penalty. Advance Payment: If you prefer to pay for a fixed number of months in advance in one easy payment, please contact sales and a separate invoice will be issued for the period required and set up fee. Rental Agreement Summary Your rental fee is fixed for the first 12 months of the rental agreement You can cancel your agreement at any time without penalty If a monthly payment is not received by the due date then a replacement key will not be issued. We can manually issue a replacement key on receipt of late payment but there will be a reinstatement charge of £99 + VAT You may purchase the software outright at anytime during the first 3 months of the agreement and we will offset the cost of your set up fee You cannot transfer your licence to anyone else unless agreed in writing Rental Terms & Conditions are available on request.
