With an Annual Support & Maintenance Contract you will automatically receive all relevant product updates as well as unlimited, priority support.

Version Updates
You will be free to download and install the latest version of our software and product updates so that you always have access to latest features and functionality.

Email Support
You will gain access to experienced support personnel for issues related to the set up and use of the program and its updates. Please note that questions related to the project you are pricing and the methodologies required are not covered under support but within reason we will always try and help.

Telephone Support
Telephone support will be provided for all installation and update issues, however issues related to program operation or other areas will be provided by email.

Exclusions
Support covers all installation and operating issues but not issues related to your PC set up, operating system or network configuration, except where they are directly linked to the correct installation and operation of Fast Estimate.

Support does not include product training at any level. We offer separate training options for users who require individual or group training on the use of the system or a part of it.

Purchasing Annual Support and Software Maintenance
We will email you when your support period is due to end to give you the option to purchase an annual support package that provides ongoing support, maintenance and software updates.

You can purchase using a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. You will be emailed a VAT invoice for payment.

If you have only recently purchased Fast Estimate
30 days of support and software maintenance updates are included with your purchase of Fast Estimate. You can buy annual support at the time you purchase Fast Estimate and this will provide you with a further 12 months of cover, i.e. you will then have 13 months of support and free updates from your purchase date.

Continuation: If you decide to let your support plan lapse then it can only be re-instated at a later date by payment for all missed support periods prior to the current date.
