APPLYING OVERHEAD & PROFIT IN THE ITEM LIBRARY 
You can apply an Overhead and / or Profit value to any or all items. This may be applied at a different rate for each Resource Type included in the item e.g. a different overhead% for Labour resources than for Material resources.
To adjust an individual item, select it and use the Item Percentage function to load the table. Complete the values as required to apply to this item only.
To apply percentages for a block of items, mark your block (or for the whole page click any header to select) then select the Item Percentages function. Complete the table to apply the values to each item in the selection block
